Meredith Prevot explores feminine identity through the interaction of colors and patterns in her mixed media work. Using upholstery fabric, textile patterns, embroidery hoops and delicately scaled drawings and paintings, Prevot evokes historical practices of women, particularly as artists, designers and decorators.
