Just as the Rocky Mountains are a Continental Divide, the border between the United States and Mexico is an Inter-Continental Divide. Internationally recognized artists, Einar and Jamex de la Torre live and work on both sides of the U.S.-Mexico border providing them with an insider-outsider perspective. Their blown glass and mixed media work examines and confronts the complexities of this geographical, cultural and historical divide with a sense of humor that is playful, yet compelling.

Saturday, February 6, 2010 - Sunday, April 18, 2010

Latinos play an important role in the fabric and success of our society. This photography exhibition celebrates the Latino spirit by showcasing 24 individuals and their unique backgrounds. From a federal magistrate to a professional soccer player, from an artist to a surgeon, they are all extraordinary in their stories and contributions to the state of Utah and our nation.

Saturday, February 6, 2010 - Sunday, April 18, 2010

Artists Amy Caron, Jimmy Lucero, Mattson McFarland, Elmer Presslee and Zara Dawn Shallbetter create an art installation that explores the idea of borders. As each artist builds his/her territory in the gallery, artistic borders will inevitably cross and individual ideas intersect. Gallery visitors are invited and encouraged to add to the installation during open studio sessions with each artist and regular gallery hours.
