There are so many different and easy ways of being creative and creating art. That’s what makes me be interested in art. I love to explore, exercise, see, watch and create. The first step for me is always to be inspired by something. Then I feel I must try it in a different way, too. I have never wanted to copy, but every artist needs a key to open new doors, to get new ideas, to try out new ways. There are so many keys and so many doors that just wait to be opened.

I don’t know the exact date, but I can remember that in the kindergarten I was not very interested in playing with other children, I just wanted to paint and do crafts the whole time. I liked every kind of project we did and the great choice of material available. My mum always inspired me and she showed me a lot of that as well.

The Young Artists’ Academy is one of the most important reasons why I enjoy being in Park City. I was in Utah just two weeks when I volunteered at the Park City Kimball Arts Festival, and there I got to know nice people who invited me to come to the Young Artists’ Academy. I loved being there right from the first Thursday. It offers me the opportunity to do what I like to do the most: be creative in every possible way!

I like almost every kind of art. But, I love fashion design the most. I am looking forward to starting my fashion management studies next year. Combining colours, creating collections and imagining new trends for the coming seasons is what I would like to do in the future. I think fashion is a business where all kinds of art come together. Fashion makes it possible to express yourself easily. Everyday, when you choose your clothes, you decide what you want to express that day by colour, style or fabric. I like the stories behind clothes. Almost every outfit can also retell a story, has a theme and helps you to express your story. Every day is a new story!
