I believe that any and all forms of art can do great things to help your soul. I feel that all people can do at least one form of art and enjoy it. I love to inspire and motivate people in their own walk.
My passion lies in plein aire painting, and whenever I can paint on location outside I take that opportunity. I have traveled across the world and I often paint from photographs of the places I visit. This is due mostly to time considerations. I have incredible photos and memories of these places and I look forward to returning to them, sharing them and painting them in plein aire.
I have many talents in the art world, and I have the ability to do many techniques and share them with others. Not only do I know how to draw and paint with passion and movement in my work, but I also know how to help and inspire others to find that similar joy. I listen to what my clients are looking for and can evaluate if I am the one to accomplish their wishes. My business sense, as well as my artistic talents have brought me a long way in the world of illustration and fine art.
Born in Salt Lake City in 1960, I received my bachelor’s degree from Utah State University in Logan, Utah. I recently moved to Midway, Utah and am the vice president of the Midway Art Association. I am also a member of the Park City Professional Artists Association.
