A.R.T.S School Tours
The A.R.T.S. program is developed by our staff to provide cross curriculum lessons for Kindergarten through Twelfth grades. The Kimball provides this as a way to integrate art into lessons that are based on core subjects such as Math, Science, Reading, Writing, History, Geography and Language Arts. All lesson plans that are created are based on the Utah State Core Curriculum Requirements and correlate to our Main Gallery exhibits
Each A.R.T.S school tour for the current Main Gallery Exhibition at the Kimball Art Center will include a 45-minute guided tour as well as a 45-minute hands-on art project. If A.R.T.S. school tour is in classroom, the lecture and project can be modified to meet time demands.
We are currently booking tours for the Park City Collects II Exhibition. Students will learn about the importance of collecting and the stories behind it!
We continue to expand our outreach through this program. Public, Private, Charter, Home & Afterschool Programs are welcome to schedule. To book your A.R.T.S. School Tour today, contact Jenny Diersen, Education Director at email@example.com or 435.649.8882 ext. 112.

This art program will be in Park City School Districts Public Elementary Schools and include, Jeremy Ranch, McPolin, Parley’s Park & Trailside Elementary Schools. We believe the visual arts are an important part of every child’s education.
The EVA program’s mission is to allow every elementary school student in the Park City School District to experience the visual arts through their unique creativity. The goal of EVA is to provide elementary school children with a solid foundation in the visual arts which allows immediate, creative expression and creates a foundation and continued participation at higher levels of learning.
Each lesson plan has been created by the Kimball Art Center’s Education Department, and focuses on teaching visual arts with a tie to core subjects such as Math, Science, Reading, Writing, History, Geography and Language Arts. The Kimball Art Center works with each EVA Art School Coordinator and volunteers to provide a cohesive, district wide program and will provide supplemental online materials for teacher, parent and public use. If you have questions about this program in Park City Public Elementary Schools, feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
