Andrew Davis is presently a Senior at the Kansas City Art Institute in Kansas City, MO, working to complete his Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Painting. He received a Competitive Scholarship to KCAI in 2007. In 2009, Andy participated as an Emerging Iowa Artist at the Des Moines Arts Festival. He spent the first six months of 2010 studying art abroad, in Spain and France. When not working on his visual art, Andy is also a musician, playing mandolin and keyboard with the Kansas City band The Grisly Hand. He has also worked as a puppeteer with the Paul Mesner Puppets in Kansas City.
